I had such a fantastic experience working with Teresa at the Stanford Shopping Center location. I had just moved into a new home and was overwhelmed about how to make good window treatment selections. Teresa was kind, knowledgable, and very patient with me. Over a few meetings (she was willing to meet with me as much as I needed), we looked at photos of my house, along with Pinterest photos of what I would like to achieve with my windows. In addition to her knowledge on The Shade Store options, she provided a designer's eye and helped me finalize my selections! I am sooo happy I selected The Shade Store - I love how my windows look (I got woven and fabric romans) and the motorized shades work well! Overall, this process has been a wonderful experience and I plan on using The Shade Store again in the future!

Just wanted to let you know that we got our shades installed last Friday and we love them! The drapes look great.The low profile track worked out great with our lowered ceilings and we love that we can keep 100% of our sliding glass doors visible when they're opened. We got the remotes and app set up and have set up a daily schedule for our shades to raise and lower. My only regret is that I didn't get an automated shade for that small kitchen window because I love the other ones so much. Anyways, just wanted to reach out and thank you for your help. The shades look and work great and complement our remodel. You were great to work with and we appreciate your expertise and guidance through the process.
