So far so good. John came on time and was very efficient. I love the way the shades look, both down (very clean, crisp, neutral look) and up (they're practically unnoticeable). Total privacy (I went outside after dark yesterday and checked!) but the sun filters through, and the rooms are plenty bright even when they are all the way down. So glad we got them all done at the same time. Thank you for all of your help,
